Limits are enforced server-side. When you hit a limit you'll get a clear error
(for example a 429 when the monthly PDF quota is exceeded, or a block on
creating a 4th template on the Free plan).
Usage
Your current usage — templates used, PDFs generated this period and members — is visible in your organisation settings so you always know where you stand against your plan.
Team members & roles
On the Team plan you can invite teammates to your organisation from Settings → Organisation. Each member has a role:
- Owner — full control, including billing.
- Admin — manage templates, members and API keys.
- Member — work on templates.
Invitations are sent by email and expire after 7 days.
Two-factor authentication
Secure your account with TOTP-based 2FA (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.) from Settings → Profile:
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the 6-digit code to enable 2FA.
- Save your 8 backup codes — each can be used once if you lose access to your authenticator.
After enabling, you'll enter a code from your app each time you sign in.
Billing
Subscriptions are handled through our payment provider. Upgrade from the pricing section or your organisation settings, and manage or cancel your subscription from the customer portal linked in Settings → Organisation.
